Perfect to put in any of our mugs ;) Ingredients 1 egg 4 Tbsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar) 2 Tbsp gluten-free all-purpose flour 2 Tbsp cacao powder 2 Tbsp coconut oil 2 tsp applesauce Directions In a medium or large mug, mix egg and sugar. Mix in flour, then cacao powder, then coconut oil, then applesauce. Make sure there are minimal lumps. Microwave for 1 minute. Keep an eye out as the mixture grows a good amount in the microwave.
