Recipe: Healthy Mug Brownie

A healthier version of your classic mug brownie. Perfect to put in any of our mugs ;)

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 4 Tbsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 2 Tbsp gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp applesauce

Directions

  1. In a medium or large mug, mix egg and sugar. 
  2. Mix in flour, then cacao powder, then coconut oil, then applesauce. Make sure there are minimal lumps.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute. Keep an eye out as the mixture grows a good amount in the microwave.
